Let's do this.

 12/31/25 - Starting off new.  I have been going to the gym almost every morning.  I'm gaining muscle, but not losing the fat I want.  Pictures in red are 12/30/24 and pictures in orange are 12/31/25. Not the difference I wanted.  Going to start this journal to keep up the progress because 2026 WILL BE THE YEAR. I started Nourish counseling and I really liked it. So let's do it.

Goals for 2026: Lose weight, read more, save more, find the joy in things, let the small things go, more dinners with family and friends, and just be happy.
